Excess is made by Zer0, the only succesful group from Lithuania so it is perhaps worth to check! it was their first demo and also the last one (i dont remember if there were some smaller stuff released).
as their musician Zhenya was really talented, music is quite nice there, but the code and concept of demo isn't anything of interest. what i remember being really cool is some cube made of dots with shading effect over it, i think it is one of greatest speccy effects i ever seen, just looked so damn good. on the other hand towards the end of the demo you could easy get really bored... as some "nothing out of ordinary" vector-figures just kept on rotating around the screen for 5 minutes or so... demo is very long if you watch it from the beginning to the end.

Very good powerfull music and design in first half of demo. End long boring part with those wireframe rotating object suxx ass. Still watchable and thumbable.

i still like it.

I liked this demo a lot! A thumb up although many effects had this annoying flickering. Mostly because back then when the demo was released, i would not have cared ;)
