Heh yeah, this is our first Win32 demo, and if we get enough good votes on this, we might continue to create even better demos.

Crediting the author (Floppi afaik) of this old chiptune you picked (with his authorization I suppose) was too hard it seems...
Well, we pretty much realized that once the demo was uploaded. Ill try to change that.

sometimes i just have a feeling that someone kidnapped your hamster and told you that if you won't release 100 prods before BP, they will force him to watch BITS prods 'till the end of time.

seriously, where are the other members of your group? listen to the people and don't try to impress with something that doesn't even exist. you've created a thread that your group is releasing a demo and needs a chiptune, then after 2(!) days you've said it's already done, and released it, with ripped tune of course. and overall created with demotool and not a single line of code.

and one more thing, one man productions are perfectly ok. you don't need to have whole team with every possible specialization. for example, asm force has only 2 members, and no musician as well (unless you'll count my one midi-tune as music).

Wouldn't consider thumbing your own prod on pouet a self vote. We're not actually voting for the prod to become winner of anything. I'm perfectly fine with people thinking their own stuff is worth a thumb up...

Tune is nice but it's ripped, thumb down for the lack of effort, no credit for the song, and the demo really sucks.

Basically its just because I want it in a form of .exe that I used SGZ. Others than that, plenty of the work is in 3ds max.

bigger project. This includes more effects, more like a storyline. And this new one is going to be a bit longer. I hope this one makes success.

those screen bounces were really sloppy
only 1 real effect but i liked the gfx :)

next time dont rip the music, do some real 3d work and code some effects and the thumb will eventually go up.
No effects there. Simple screen, nicely done. Not bad for first try.

again: take your time and twiddle around with werkkzeug or even learn c++ ...if you want to release sth fast werkkzeug isn´t really THAT hard to learn to get sth better out of it than this.

forget about demotools for the moment. learn some basic C/C++. the graphics are quite ok. lacks fx, though. and you should have given credit for the tune.

Considering what you can do with SGZ without writing a single line of code... that's poor.

Im making a new demo called Orcus though, and it will be 100% 3D animation. Or at least 95%. This is going to be more like a storyline though, combined with some neat graphics. Also, we have a tracker in our little team now to track our music. So no nagging about stealing work! :)

Ive started to work on a demoeditor for my own now. If it will be good, then i might release it here on pouet. But the other demo Orcus, which I have in mind, will take it's time. I got a very small time to do stuff, and when I do it, I will spend it on the demotool or the Orcus demo. :)
assuming that you really want your demoeditor to be somewhat good, i expect your next release in 1-2 years. just finish it before 2012.
Basically got some small functions done, and no, I maybe wont put it up here just yet on a second thought. But I might use it to make some of my own demos though. And if I will release it publically, I can tell you that it will be somewhere around 2012. ;)
