rulez added on the 2002-01-25 00:14:49 by cer
it sure is.
Classic demo, more or less in the style of Phenomena's Enigma...
Good stuff in here.
Good stuff in here.
Excellent code, design and graphics, but the music is out of this world!!!! I adored this demo, but it seemed to reach the end far too soon.
Good alround demo, another one I`d add to the "alltime classic amiga demo" list :)
I remember this demo, and i really liked it.
Hell yeah!
Truly a classic!
I remember leaving the subtle relaxed end part music with that dragon picture loop forever on my Miggy ... :)
Rocks!
as already said looks a bit like phenomena
but is very nice indeed
but is very nice indeed
Amiga got big balls.
damn!! hot hot hot!!!
Rocks!
Indeed.
great, great!
Only 16 thumbs up?? The tune alone deserves at least 100 of them!
then here it is :)
Yeah!
yes
Rocks, with the best dragonsball I know
great soundtrack and gfx!
btw. video of this and many other great amiga demos can be found in the Prime Time Demo Pack by 100% Prophets
a so gread demo!
TOP Demo! great muzak. fabulous end picture by e. toball. POT
great tune!
Coolness.
Very great Demo - Perfect Music :)
great demo with great music. I like especially the Dragon Ball in this one ! The best I ever seen before!
Probably my favourite Anarchy demo, Jesters soundtrack is great and that end picture simply gorgeous.
AMIGA!
Classic!
some inspiration from enigma, but it's such a sentimental classic, especially with jester's soundtrack. (although 4-mat's unique endpart music, along with the picture, is not to be missed either)
A very nice if not very original demo. However one can't deny the quality of some of the effects (the dragon ball is just outstanding). The icing on the cake is of course the wonderful soundtrack.
absolutely great demo.. hmm.. thanks :)
Very good for 1992!
Fantastic!
very classic amiga demo ;>
ça c'est l'amiga !!!!!!! rulez ! rulez et rulez !
<3
It's a classic!
Thanks for this Demo. It was our todays issue at: modcast.de
A must see!
great!! (although first part is buttugly and boring by todays 'standards')
a must see... and great track by jester
Another classic from Anarchy.
Way too much "inspiration" from demos like Enigma, but the music made this entertaining nonetheless.
Yeah. Enigma but ..
Some nice and fast here.
Some nice and fast here.
The 3D part in the beginning is a bit long for my taste. Music is awesome!
fuckin' rulez!
jua: use the joystick! you can steer around before the demo begins!
A dash of Phenomena, a dash of Sanity, a dash of Melon.
This is awesome.
Very nice !
but - the 3d part in the beginning is a bit too long & boring for me..

..the times of (G)old!
Awsome demo, tho 3D bit is a tad boring...
classic!
just sooooo nice!
Jester! :)
Bubble looks good too!
Bubble looks good too!
Another strong Anarchy demo ! Another classic demo !
Sigh.. when you thought you have thumped them alll.. And I never thumped this up.. Apologies..
Anarchy Germany ;)
Classic one.
hehe yea, chromag, Anarchy Germany ;)
lasted for just a few days IIRC but however: this is a truly nice prod! love the endpart music (mod.experiment2)

Nice piece of code and music!
I think 4-Mat's endpart track ("Songbird") is ridiculously underrated. It's subtle, full of magic and simply wonderful. I remember the sunny June 1993 - I've been playing this song in a loop for hours, being insanely happy because I just passed highschool exams.
"damn germans, too dumb to write "4-mat", look at that, they really wrote "format", lets kick em immediately!" ;) haha.
nah, for real, i think this is a superb demo, does everything right, except the length...could have been longer!

What a demo, classic! another youtube link with end tune in full.
3d world like mercenary game ^^
great music by 4mat, some cool effects and much too much of the 3D.
This hasn't aged as well as other Anarchy prods, but it's still nice.
yep yep very nice!
How could I forget to thumb this production yet!
Almost hopelessly outdated by 1992 already but... it still kinda works, I guess. The music isn't all that bad.
nice
Outdated and loving it
I haven't watched this in 29 years probably. This style didn't age well for me, but kudos for the amount of work, fast-paced presentation and polishment. (Just scratching my head for the bragging about 660kb of source code... they surely aren't in this demo? =)
A solid and technically flawless production. The morphing of the
flower power planetoid into the 102 light sources sphere is nice, the
dragon ball is awesome, and I also like the appealing greetings part.
But it could have been even greater if they had used their
profound coding skills to present some new or modified effects; here
and there it feels like watching the (dizygotic) twin brother / sister of
Enigma.
If I remember correctly, Tron once phoned me after he had found
out - and could not believe - that there was another guy in one of the
next rural villages "nearby" (25min by car) who was coding in
assembler on the Amiga. Whereas I could not believe there was a
guy from Anarchy / Germany on the phone. We talked shop a bit and
that was it. We never met or heard of each other again. Be that as it
may...
I wish you all out there a happy day. Cheers.

Too bad it's an animation though. :D
Intro scene's a bit looooong, if you make it through it's a nice vectorshow. I love glenz btw :)
