I do not see those particles, shown in the picture. I see only some kind of mountain, and nothing more - no effects.

We don't know why it wasn't shown.. We think it wasn't _that_ bad.
Yeah, it doesn't work on ATI, unfortunately, we didn't find out this until testing it at 6 AM on compo machine and were tired enough to start fixing it.
When we asked to run it on NVIDIA, we were told that yeah it's OK, so that shouldn't be the reason for not showing it. So it would certainly be a nice to hear the reasons from jury, since there wasn't even any feedback comments in the compo system.
