invitro.exe contains suspicious code: HEUR/Crypted. Normally AntiVir doesn't send out faked warnings that often even if it's far from being perfect. ;-)
It's simply the packer that got used which does that.
And get avast! instead of antivir =)
My Anti Vir doesn't warn (newest update). Your message means "Heuristic and Crypted", there are often false alerts. The file is packed and Anti Vir cannot recognize the packed code. It could be a virus, or not but seldom it is a real alert...

they should either use kkrunchy to crunch or release the uncrunched .exe which will most probably work. AND's packer seems to have quite some bugs and a packer that crashes when you feed it with an already packed exe doesn't seem to be very reliable. ;)

try to use other packer than andpakk2, it has some compatibility issues, (not works on my desktop and laptop)

Well, at least it works under XP, but not in Vista. The intro itself is a bit boring, but thumb up for the music!

Ok, after a bit of debugging I found out that the intro needs d3dx9_35.dll. I simply renamed d3dx9_31.dll (that comes f.e. with Zine #12 (hidden advertisement ;D) to d3dx9_35.dll and the intro works then!
Oh, and apologies to AND and fuckings to the Tristar/Titan coders for not giving proper error messages!

Better tell the Tristar coders to add proper error messages... Then the people might know what is wrong...
Plus, I find it totally ridiculous to waste time and hd space to download/install the latest M$ DirectX for an intro like this...

Yep StingRay, I was always renamed this f*ckin dll, I've a new machine and when I've install direct X 9c (aug 2007) I had the dll since 24 to 35, so until there's no 36 it's ok :P
tune is ok. Font sort of doesn't fit for the style of textwriter. Quite mediocre.

seems that it was our failure to think.. it works on 4 machines.. so it will work on all others, if you´ve installed the newest direct x release and it still crush down, then its for sure needed to invest more time next with testing..
