I didnt like al that flashing going on and on for my eyes. The pink jeallyfish looks nice though.

It needs more variation and the music is a nice attempt in doing minimal techno a la Robert Hood.

Maybe I did expect something more from MFX, but somehow they did succeed to blind my eyes and after 20 seconds make me put my shaders on. Still I like it and it must be the pain that drives me :)

I have to give my thumbs for this one because it just looks too good, but i don't think i will watch it too many times again since it's utterly boring...
Sadly all the new mfx demos show a vertical line from bottom left to top right. And that line actually destroys the pleasure of watching this thing.

Uncle-x where do you get those whacky demo ideas. This was really good looking. I waited something to happend at the end, but otherwise it was awesome.
Long and boring, but the squid was really wellmade, and the "death" in the end looked great.

a_lee_n: dunno, really. but it seems this version of our engine has problems with newer drivers sometimes, it could be that. or your computer is just royally screwed...

Uncle-X: I doubt there's anything wrong with my computer, everything else runs just fine. If anything, it's a driver bug, or, as you said, something with your engine.
I get the same problem as dODgE and some other guy further up in the thread.. Crashes right after the demo has loaded and the music keeps playing.

its the universe part 3 :) pretty cool though I don't liike the square/widescreen switch thing and there is something boring about the placement of the squid on the screen.. I want more in your face squid action.

good effects, but very boring to watch
although there's nothing really wrong with this demo, it fails to deliver excitement == flashy sync is easy and annoying, music is firm but not sophisticated enough, and all in all it lasted a little longer than my interest
