Great! First seconds look like pretty cool 16B intro, but after this... Should be first!

Nice colors and some nice effects but lacks variation and the tune is way too annoying.

Btw, their 4k gave me the clue, it popped up a requester saying "d3dx9_25.dll" so I tried to copy it into the directory of the 64k and lo and behold it worked then. What I still don't get though, I already have newer versions of the dll, why the hell do intros/demos check for ONE particular version? Isn't it possible to check for version equal or GREATER instead of just one version? I really don't get that. One of the PC coders, enlighten me please. :)

Cool intro, but the next time I see such seen-before jokes in an production, it's instant thumbdown ;)

I really liked the music too.

stingray: when you link the executable you link it against a dll with a precise filename, like, indeed, d3dx9_25.dll. when the executable get loaded, the loader goes to search that dll, and it, reasonably, don't care if there's a d3dx9_25+1.dll around. so, simply, go visit the microsoft shop and download the laster dx redistributable package. automagically you enpower your system with all those magical d3dx9_XX.dll from the very first to the very last one :)

ah, thumb up for the intro!

(and if you mind to ask... no, the loader is part of the os, or, lately, of the packer, so there's pretty nothing a coder can easily and safely and hassle-less do to workaround that)

I like the statemet- 64k is still enough. Have you ever tried to build a HUGE app like Word, or sth.? I give up. I think it's impossible!

A nicely implemented cute idea, but nothing really revolutionary.
