congratulations for winning a compo with your very first production!
as i told you already at evoke: i like this production, i would like to read the poem too, but i don't like the stylistic inconsequence. you shouldn't capitulate infront of over-critical people by putting up "funny" #scene.ger/#demo.ger catchphrases inbetween serious imagery. who cares if some people don't like your "serious" aesthetics - stand behind it! and don't try to build in "funny" things just to please the crowd.

Nice start for a first prod. OTOH a bit overrated, so no thumb.
i understand only about half of verses so i might be missing something here. but it seems to be a poem with matching photos (with a twist, i'll give you that). and that's about the oposit of what i like in scene productions.

When this came up, I cracked up.
I'd really appreciate a set of subtitles (my German keeps getting rustier :/ ) - otherwise I liked most of the associations, though the inserted catchphrases killed off a lot of the mood, I guess.

i liked the overall message of it, the personal attachment, the choice of images and the subtle humor (behind the obvious one ;). cut and audio quality were indeed a bit punk, then again, i know that at the time there wasn't much better technology available. looking forward to more productions <3

This is stupidly made, but if you know german and read the texts to compare it with what the woman says, its quite funny. :)
this is definately taking the term 'animation' very losely, personaly i cant believe this won, having read the english subs i actually found the poem quite charming and well versed so for that i will give you a piggy.
Okay okay, i meant the "texts" as the "texts" inside the demo, not the translation to english. Zufrieden? :P
Yes i understand what u meant originaly, but as i cant understand german i cant compare the written text to the spoken word, so i just commented on what i read as u can see, even if i could understand german i dont think it would sway my opinion on this anyway :)
ofcourse i commented on what i saw aswell, which was pretty poor, but the piggy was for the nice poem, capiche ? :)

I do not understand german.
I do like the concept. What spoils it for me is the synchronisation. I think the pictures could be better synched to the text.
