nothing special. single scene for a minimalistic demo but not enough for a demo itself. however i liked the music so piggie. ;)

florent: Could you add a possibility for windowed mode to the binary? I really can't compile the sources and sdl fucks up if user has a dual screen. :)

hmm, i'll try in the final version.

it's the first demo i write entirely myself, so the system code isn't so well tested, i'll do my best to fix those annoyances!

I like its boldness and consistency. It's totally self-sufficient.

I like those style of effects and the colour scheme.
However it's too less for a complete demo.

Reminds me of some mfx demos, but instead of being a show, only the essence remains.

I expected to see something more. Thumb up for a first demo, multiplatform option and sources anyway!

20 mb for a 4k ?
wtf ?
sucks added on the 2006-10-25 19:12:50 by bLa bLa
that happens when seeking portability (4 targets machines : osx:ppc, osx:intel, linux:intel, win32:intel) but hmm, almost 16mb are taken by the mac executable only :)

Too much MB for just a single (but neverthless quite appealing) effect

osx version: 1.1mb binary, -14.7mb- frameworks. the effect looks cool, but, man, this could've been done in less than 2 mb, universal... fuck SDL...

i'm more for adding all required frameworks to the osx bundle than the linux way "DIY with the dependencies", this to make my demo watchable to more people, especially the non-sceners visitors of the main demoparty who wanted to see the demos afterwards..

i don't have the same policy for the linux executable (=145.4kb), which is dynamically linked and upx-compressed, cause i think most linux sceners should be able to install themselves the sdl dependencies..
