i was a bit surprised about seeing japanese girls in an INF production :)

Hey! If this demo didn't had so slow code it would be very favorite of mine! I don't know..

First about the music!
Second of the fx and design. The cute japanesse girl is casted by chromatic lighting and even casts shadows an her own body!
There are some other parts too, where the 3d action stops and you see great pics from TMK and 3d Addict (The one with the girl in front of a background with spaceships which had great colors (I was decorating a lot of time before my desktop with that one!!!)) acommpanied with some 2d fx..
3 Red+Green+Blue Metaballs which don't only connect their polygons but interpolate their colors!!! I liked this one very much!
Some kind of 2d fx which interrupts the action (Which had some flat flower, girls, e.t.c.. figures...)

I just loved this demo, even if many didn't liked it..
(Damn I haven't seen the newest demo from Inf yet(Love creation Max was it called I think?) I should check it immidiately! ;)

And the music of course which played a great role on this demo too. Damn,. slow code spoiled my universe. Perhaps not with our modern computers anymore.. Anyway...

Btw,. we my friend Antitec had a great laugh about this demo!
Because the girl which is supposed to sync doesn't move her face/her lips at all! =)
(Wow! Imagine how much cooler this would be.. And with some more code. Damn!)

building a lip-synch system requires a bit more than "some more code". a nice demo by inf, the only good norwegian pc demogroup left... *sob*

Nice music, nice girl (for '99) and a piece of story. Some moving lips would be nice, but for the computers those days it is ok how it is.

As we've all learned from Japanese porn, Japanese girls cant walk like normal people do due to the huge amount of wang they have to deal with every day.

Demo is nice, concidering it's from '99 and all.

100% ELT music rip. Shame on them. What about copyrights ? Respecting the band's work ? 1st rippers rank, that's what they really won.

goa103: As you obviously lack the iq to read the nfo-file before posting crap like that I don't expect you to read this either, but here we go anyway (the following is copied from the nfo) :
special thanks to elt for the music, and avex trax for not turning us down when we asked for permission to use it. order the "future world" single by elt from avex trax.

and yes, the demo kicked like hell when it was released at tg.. :)

The 3D surely didn't pass the test of time, but other than that it's still a good demo too watch :)

cool in 99, but has not stood the test of time.

To make this run on my Windows 7 PC:

1- Windows 95 compatibility mode
2- Disable desktop composition (turn Aero off)
3- Disable OSD of Rivatuner
4- Put D3D8.dll, D3DImm.dll and ddraw.dll from DGVoodoo v2.51 in demo folder

And it *STILL* crash 25% of the time in the first 30 seconds! But doing all 4 steps above is the only way it works, sometime. Very odd behavior.

Once I checked why this demo crashes with a good chance, at the beginning.
If I remember right, it turned out that this demo had a buffer overrun bug so it's up to the current memory allocation layout if the demo crashes or not.

yeah cheesy, but still cool to watch again
extremely perfect

A curious idol demo. I managed to watch it following ramon's advice generously shared above. The night time city scene looked really good :) Matches my memories of Tokyo.
