Quite cute. Though we aren't supposed to actually read the "information" right? :) Also.. mm.. a juxtaposition of a piano lead over noisy visuals.
simple invtro but it's nice. mostly because of the tune.
Quite ugly and uninformative invitation (I got more reading the .nfo).
Also, being an "online" party, I'd call it "advertisement" rather than "invitation", but maybe it's just me...

It serves as a reference because of a useful comment.
In the design at first, as for information on the party, it was scheduled to display it in the lower right of the screen regularly.
However, this party is an online party, and it doesn't have a lot of content by the explanation.
Therefore, the text typography was made a main axis, and information on the party on the text was made to see nfo.
Moreover, the display of visual effects with and 8mm film is simulated.
Therefore, it might be felt that it is ugly in eyes of the person who requests the beautiful one.
However, I think that this effect is OK.

However, the one by the circle at the school like the event exists in 2000.

got: http://pouet.net/lists.php?which=1 you have to scrool down abit till the times where i cared about entertaining the viewers.. but seriously, do you think this 1 effect you did is a good coding achievment and a great demo which will be remembered for years to come as something amazing and worth checking again? if this is the best you can do, you should start using werkzeug, i think you can do alot better if you bothered trying to do better.

This effect is not the best of the power that I code as shown in your point.
Feelings "lazy coding" that you say are understood.
(I think that it doesn't seem to have changed so much actually outwardly.)
However, I am doing an old style because I like production and way of 1995-2001 years.
I will have made an effort about that...
(It might be thought a foolish thing in you...)
Pursuit for effect:
The screenshot above is one of the effect that I made with a present
demoengine in 2003.
After Release had been done, "deep in the sky" made it because it had
seemed to be interested.
And the effect that used GLSL was made for another through this engine
recently.
However, because it doesn't match my style, it doesn't use it.:)
When an interesting style for me hits on with recent prods, it is likely to code it by a recent technology.
In the last:
It is a genre of music that called noize about your demo though it is a
supplementation with my comment on you.
I am never denying your style.
(I am one of the favorite styles in the last few years though your style are
not an understood style in everyone. )
