Thumb up for the fullscreen rotozoomer. Hopefully the final version will have some better pallettes and textures (I think that the rotating tunnel scene was ruined by the ugly texture). Also, I think the 128 face torus scene is completely ruined by the stop-start nature of the presentation of it. Overall, not perfect but definitely worth watching.
Very cool demo (as always) by the Checkpoint guys. Defjam, Modmate and 505 are better than ever.

The fullscreen remake of the Chaos "Terminal Fuck Up" Falcon 030 screen is by itself a masterpiece !
Not that the remaining part of the demo are bad anyway, far from this, but well, I'm a nostalgic of tight accurate clock cycle counted sync coding :)))

Defjam has once more pushed the ST to its limits with some more extreme brutal coding! A long demo with many parts, lots of effects never seen before on ST (or at least, not as nicely done). I especially like that great raycaster part with effects on the walls, that nice greenish tunnel and the 128-face torus... the smoking Jasmine is also impressive...
The fullscreen rotozoom with the "World of Commodore" tune is definetly a good allusion - Atari rules! :)
And once again 505 did marvels with the ST soundchip!

Wow, here we got a big bunch of neat effects from DefJam once again, yeah! \(^,^)//
I especialy like the Checkpoint logo formation from rotating squares, really damn great looking, and of course the fullscreen rotozoomer is fantastic. :)
Shame that transitions are missing in some most parts of the demo but an upgraded version is planed.

I have to finally find out how to connect my AtariSt on the TV (I have one, but with b&w monitor, left in the basement) and watch these demos there! At the beginning, I tried to run it in SainT and crashed before the torus ;P I was frustrated, cause I wanted to see more, finally Steem worked out well..

once again Defjam kicks asses with awesome fx, most of them way out the ST limits !! The guy is insane and I love that ! Great msx and piccies too ! Some screens would deserve polished design imho, but it's an excuse to say POSH isn't 100% perfect :)

That's great to see a demo pushing the ST further. I only regret the choice of colors of some effects ( too many tints and a little too much contrast to my taste ).

Ripped and massacred music and gfx and ugly, chunky monochrome and garish effects. Aside from the odd well-pixelled picture or logo, I didn't find any appeal in this at all.

watched it again. I had forgotten the AWESOME fullscreen rotozoomer with the soundtrack. That effect alone deserve life time respect.
And the musics are really cool too. Poor little YM2149, 505 makes it squeeze like hell.

i must admit that more i code on st and more i love this demo not because of design (polak style sux) but really because some part are master piece :) (or pure cheats ... ;))
Code is impressive ok, but design and colors sucks. Overall a good demo though i miss the one frame feeling :-)

Ok, the code is cool (i mean if you don't look for one frame effects...) but the design is quite low. However, it's still good to see such big prods on ST.

Kick ass demo! One of the best demos of the kind for the machine.
Mixed feelings about this one. Totally excellent code but some parts are shown for much too long (esp. the Doom part) and some look a bit ugly. Still a very cool demo, smoking Jasmin rocks. :) Cool musics as well.

This production simply rulez! Never seen such cool women in a demo before. Great ideas and the effects are very nice. Especially the woman with the burning cigarette. As an Amiga user this innovative demo makes me a little bit jelous. ;-)
