In mac os x, make sure to run from console rather than doubleclicking it or something like that.. it *should* work.

I met you guys at boozembly, we were talking about OS X demoscene in general and some stuff about making those executables double-clickable. I've made a double-clickable OS X application from the macosx binary, it can be downloaded from http://nikitazhuk.net/My_Diamond_Mind_Broken.zip (it still needs to be located inside otb!mdmb/macosx directory, but at least one doesn't have to open terminal to run it anymore :). Additionaly this prod crashes at OS X Tiger (10.4.2). I've put full crash log online, if you're interested: http://nikitazhuk.net/mydiamondmindbroken_crash_log.txt

A bit different from most of the entries, and definitely in a good way. Great sync, great postprocessing, great music, great feeling. Also, big props for having 2d graphics... you rule!

The little deliberate hiccups and synchronized whatnots helped make this watchable, but take that away and it's pretty basic demo viewing.

Good stuff, I liked it. Nice dark atmosphere, good artwork, and a consistently good feel to it. Extra props for the multiplatform support, one more demo to watch on my mac.

I liked past Outbreak demos, but this sucks! It looks and sounds like a million other bland and ugly demos dating back to the mid 90s and does nothing impressive.

Decent but not extraordinary, more colors next time!

Nightbeat did _not_ do the music, The nfo says Zantac, it says Zantac in the demo in the scroller in the beginning and if you open the song in winamp it says Andreas Hedlund (Zantac).

Very good sync. The beat is quite monotonic in some cases.

Pretentious cathedral scenes suck, but synch and darkness is good.

Not too bad. But not the best in the compo either ;-).

So, the demo is a synced blur effect with some different animated backgrounds. ;)

Enigma dimension, one of my Outbreak favos.

So weird.

Has some atmosphere and the synced noise effect is fun. On the other hand the dark vertical lines that are overlayed on every single scene are quite annoying and beneath it's about as bland as it gets with typical scene effects and not particularly cutting edge ones or well laid out. Cool that it's on Linux & OS X though.
