Intrinsic: IOW, it's not for Windows.
the original ahx-tracker only exists for amiga. there were players for amiga and windows.

here is a (very very) little replayer for AHX songs i've made last year from some xmms source code... it's in command line etc... some time after i discovered the win32 headers and lib... and some time after (once again) i discovered that winamp play them :) but feel free to try this little shit. :)

well, we used the replayer for the second rebels musickdisk. so i guess it's rather multiplatform:ish. =)

About the THX/AHX thing: Well, if you're under the top ten search results and have a homepage with the original THX logo, then you just screwed it up :) But hey wait, the logo wasn't 100% original - Bartman removed the (R) :-)) So we renamed it and told the lawyers that we weren't doing this for profit and so we didn't have to pay the 8,000.- DM that they wrote in the FAX to our host that time... Thanks you guys for loving AHX - keep the spirit alive, just keep doing great scene music with whatever system!
I made some (unreleased) tunes with this. Pretty neat tracker, although I remember this being AGA and kept wondering why couldn't they do this on OCS amigas. I was wrong... right?
Yelm/Zymosis made some terrific AHX-tunes. I don't know if anyone knows him. I was once asked (by a drunken phonecaller - I think it was Wrek/Zymosis) to do graphics for his musicdisk, dragons and stuff =). I hope Yelm's tunes got spread, because he is really something special.

Now I've finally got round to using this I have to say its very good indeed. Thankfully with Pink being a ProTracker user, the interface and shortcut keys are all very similar, so using this after ProTracker is pretty easy. My only complaint is that the Protamento command has a mind of its own.
Some of the best tunes ever were written in AHX :).
