Minus for lameness (you know, you _can_ actually pack a couple of bitmaps into _one_ file, okay) and for the language.
Still, I guess it'd get the top score from some people, because of originality (we don't understand anything of the text), the concept (the sun goes up, an ugly sprite animation, a disappearing flagpole, now what could that mean?) and the design (a consistent colour scheme, mostly gray and black, that's heavy!).
