The first half was sublime. Overstayed its welcome by a minute or two, though.
Could have been polished a little more IMHO (some of the glitches look just a little bit too much like marcher leaks), and is def. too long for what it does, but keep going. motivational piggie :)
Good soundscape, some nice shots, in theory nice rendering, in practice however the artifacts in combination with the lack of progression (due to its runtime) make this a piggy for me.

Worked for me. Interesting structural transformation and decay. I like the "suggestive illumination", assuming that it was meant this way. :) Probably stupid but had to make an effort to let go of analyzing what was going on. (Some of the artifacts (glitches?) pulled me out of it.)
