Is there a pouet.net app?
category: general [glöplog]
Since I found out I could use unlimited Wi-Fi data with my Android phone, I would like to watch demos on it, which I think wouldn't be a problem. Is there an app for Pouet.net so I don't have to fiddle around with Android web browsers?
Yeah, I think YouTube has an app which you could use.
I am currently using the YouTube app, but it only seems to execute when a video link is tapped in the Android web browser - I'd like to be able to have an icon for YouTube in the apps grid and use it that way.
There's no dedicated mobile app, only the mobile version of the site.
Well, maybe try updating and it will create a shortcut in the apps section.
Who has unlimited wifi data? Is that in USA?
More unlimited than "Mobile" data, which in my case is only 250Mb.
lol, even my granny knows how to use her phone.
Ah, not carrier's cellular data as wifi. OK. Where are you leeching from? Your neighbors'? :D
When I'm at home, my own Superhub. When I'm outside, usually the local bus service's free Wi-Fi.

Thanks, that's very useful. I clean forgot about mobile versions of websites, I assume they all have the "m." prefix?
Foebane72: How fast is the local bus' free wifi? It's slow over here like dial-up. :/
I haven't tried it properly yet, except I was trying to run a Blip TV video off of a website that linked to them, but no joy. I assumed it was because I needed a Blip TV app.
