- @spkr - I agree, but within 64 bytes is damn hard to get something reasonable on the screen with audio. The only other 64 bytes intro I did was Unfolding https://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=88288 and myself I cannot decide which one I like more.

- @Jin X, I agree with most of what you wrote here. Unfortunately it's not that one Russian attacked some Ukrainian in a bar, but it's aggression on level of a country. You do not agree with the response but I would love to hear your opinion what other response would be more humane and at the same appropriate to shorten the terror in Ukraine and to break Russian ability to destroy other nations.

- @Jin X, I understand that you consider the collective responsibility unfair. Your comments however express that well, you are actually responsible, both collectively and personally. “Can you adequately treat Germans who are not involved in WWII?”. Actually, I don’t have too, because even they recognize it. It took Germany two generations to understand after WW2 that every single citizen was responsible for atrocities that their nation did. I don’t expect that your or “Russian proud mentality” will change soon in that matter. First, you neglect moral responsibility bringing “whataboutism”. You do not feel guilty, because “the others do the same”, therefore Russia invading Ukraine is generally OK. Lack of moral responsibility has political implications: active support of your government or passive political apathy. You ask how “can you be punished, when you did nothing?”. Exactly, you did nothing, and you are still doing nothing. You have done nothing personally and collectively for the last 20 years, giving more and more oppressing power to your own government.
You also seem not to understand one thing: Russia is not treated differently than any other country would be by bringing war to Europe. For decades there was no direct military threat there. Your country stopped being a business partner and became an invader, shattering the feeling of peace. Russia didn’t end the invasion after strong reaction from the West. Do you believe that after winning Ukraine, Russia would stop and not attack other countries in Europe? Conclusion of it isn’t nice. Unfortunately for Russian citizens, Russia must become economically and technologically broken to a level that will not allow it to maintain a strong military force in the future. Considering how totalitarian your government is becoming, I don't envy anyone in Russia about what will come in the future. It’s not the “rotten West” and “uncivilised Europe” who are enemies of Russian citizens. It’s your own government that brought it to you. - isokadded on the 2022-03-26 15:31:52

- @Jin X, as a citizen of a country that invaded other country on the basis of different nationality, it’s bold of you to call the other “Nazis” - no humility, no modesty. Just like the Russian media and politicians you call the Western reaction exaggerated. Do you realize what would be an adequate reaction? Sending troops with a “special military operation” to move the front-line from Ukraine to Russian cities, forcing more than 6 million people to leave their homes and 4 millions leaving the country. Does it sound more equal and less exaggerated to you? This is not happening for two primary reasons - nuclear arsenal that Russia has and dependency on the Russian natural resources, that other countries made believing that we’ve learned a lesson from WW2 and can live together in peace. Russia clearly did not learn. Saying that “it’s not Russian citizens that attack Ukraine”, but “it’s Russia” is like saying that “sanctions are not aimed at Russian citizens”, but “at Russia”.
Are really you surprised that people reject everything that comes from Russia and hatred has manifested since the Russia started invasion? You call the other Nazis but your “Great Russia” placed own citizens in position of The 3rd Reich in eyes of the whole world.
Then you dare to call the others sheep zombified by media and propaganda? We do not need media, we host refugees (yes, my family included) and we get information first hand from their relatives who stayed in Ukraine. In comparison to the situation there, increased prices and scarcity of goods are nothing but inconvenience. For the reason of putting pressure on the Russian government to stop the war, European citizens so far accept the negative impact of the sanctions, with skyrocketing prices. Can you?
You ask for helping each other, but did you actually do anything to help those harmed by the actions of your country, or just complain in the Internet? - isokadded on the 2022-03-23 23:14:45

- Yes, "west" did nasty things, especially in the Middle East and Africa. It does not change the fact that Russia invaded Ukraine and the terror is ongoing. Bringing into discussions “whataboutism” and “tu quoque logical fallacy” is often a way of redirecting the discussion from the actual problem. It is also a commonly used technique of Russian propaganda.(with “And you are lynching Negroes” arguments) to justify own awful actions, which I hate. No, it’s not OK to be a serial killer only because other serial killers exist.
