- demo Windows fr-025: the.popular.demo by Farbrausch [web]
- Well, another real good demo by FR... Actually, i've just been watching fr-030, so i first though the vocals were indeed vocoded... Seems they're not indeed... Very nice idea to keep the meshes, would i say, flat-shaded? Well, not exactly, but anyway. I really love it. It'd been better with another kind of music, but it's a thing about tastes.
A further comment, it's too bad there are so few different actual choregraphies. I only seen three different. Maybe i'm wrong? Oh, and a few sparkles would fit the ambiance perfectly... - rulezadded on the 2003-05-18 01:27:44
- demo Windows medium by Einklang.net [web]
- Hmmm, i have two things to say:
- i love the demo, the music, the design.
- i love the coloring, the textures, the way 'they made it'
- i can't count no further than two.
I have two major regrets:
- There is no other demo than this one, and the vids on the site are not that good.
- i can't see the textures, the sound file, the models,... - rulezadded on the 2002-10-04 00:18:13

- demo MS-Dos The Secret Life of Mr. Black by orange
- For sure it's the most original music i've ever heard in a demo (out of 'Different Engine, which i like almost as much)

- 64k Windows fr-08: .the .product by Farbrausch [web]
- I ran it, saw a preloader bar while hearing shitty music. Anyway, i didn't care. Let's wait. Then the intro begins. Some 3d, good meshes, very good textures, good animation, no glitches. The *real* music starts as well. Good samples, good bassline. Everything's fine! The demo goes on and on and on. Will it ever stop? A scene, another, yet another, every time new scene, new objects, new all. Finally, the scroller. As usual, i wait longer than when they say 'press escape', and see that the demo continues. I couldn't say how long it lasts, but i'm pretty sure you could use that exe as a screen saver. Everything in this demo is great: music, textures, meshes, code, it runs smoothly, fast.
I finally pressed escape. Get back to my unzip program. AAAAAAAAAAAAARGH!!! IT IS AN IN64K!!!! How could they place all that stuff in such a small file? Really, see it!!! I urge you to see it! - isokadded on the 2001-02-01 01:38:10
- demo Windows minimal by Radium Software [web]
- This demo is just excellent. Just a little bad note, why the hell does it run at no more than 320*240 screen resolution?

- demo Windows Caillou by Mandarine [web]
- I think it's quite a good demo, as it is - afaik - the first one using cartoon rendering... Innovate!

- invitation Windows 2Thousand Invitation by knights [web]
- It's not because of the invitation, but i'll go to the party :)
It's neat (usual for Knights' prods), and well designed. And i love Logic Dream's music. Just a couple of bad notes: no screen resolution choice, and the handling of demo's exit (you have to press esc AND click somewhere).
Now it's the most original tunnel i've seen. But is it a tunnel? And i also loved the voxel. Huh, it's a textured bezier plane?
