- demo MS-Dos tao by Satori [web]
- feels very dated.

- 64k Linux Windows Amiga PPC/RTG MacOSX PPC Ante Dominum by Traction [web]
- hm...
a bit surprised over the praise for the visuals/design, which I think looks utterly OpenGL/generic/unpolished/aliased; and most of the stuff moves around/unfolds in these... dull sinus-ish ways.
There are a couple of nice scenes though, like the multicolored ribbon / tapeworm thingies.
The music is ok - not as good as the music in most replay intros but it manages to set a similar tone. - isokadded on the 2007-12-14 14:42:04
- demo MS-Dos Robotnik by Rage [web]
- i always felt embarrassed watching this
- isokadded on the 2007-11-29 01:53:43
- demo Windows Nematomorpha by mfx [web]
- it looks good, it has a nice organic atmosphere.
the music destroys it a bit, would have been awesome if more imagination/ambition would have been applied. still though, i like it. - rulezadded on the 2007-11-08 13:43:54
- demo Windows Chromosphere by SQNY
- after having seen the non-giltchy version i must say that i really liked it. especially the beginning.
the city - although it looked awesome - was a bit "yes, ok - it's the futuristic city scene".
anyway, good production. including the music. - isokadded on the 2007-10-24 20:14:06
- demo Windows Chromosphere by SQNY
- I saw it, and thought it was awesome... and when I noticed the screenshot I realized that I had just watched the glitchty version. Anyway, I liked it.
But eum, could someone please post a video-link? - rulezadded on the 2007-10-11 00:30:22
- wild Wild the televised society by Matt Current [web]
- i second jobe
(haven't seen the demo though). - isokadded on the 2007-09-27 22:10:13
- demo Linux Windows MacOSX PPC 기포 고무 (a.k.a. Rubber Stamp) by Limp Ninja [web]
- has some nice aspects, the sound is ok, but for some reason (lack of skillz/ambition/or something else) it has this generic-3d-graphics-card-look which achieves the complete opposite of what it seems to be trying to achieve.

- demo Windows Media Error by Fairlight [web] & Carillon & Cyberiad [web] & orange
- very "new" media :)
still though, i sort of like it - made me a bit nostalgic...
i don't think it's less coherent then your usual demo: it has a certain flavour which runs through the whole production, and then there's of course that playful atmosphere.
yeah ok, it's no masterpiece but hey hey hey HEY! - isokadded on the 2007-08-06 13:45:50
- demo Windows Lifeforce by Andromeda Software Development [web]
- eh?
first of all, i respect the ambition of trying to create a life/death-themed sort of thing (if i understood it correctly).
still though, it's pretty absurd how so much love and hard work can go into creating something so incoherent and ugly...
the clichés almost makes you feel like you're watching the credits for a hollywood-movie - although the end-results are even worse.
(which is pretty expected considering it's real-time and you normally don't hire a hundred or so animators when making a demo).
so why even try to go there?
oh, and the generic-blockbuster-movie-music was just like... dude!? - sucksadded on the 2007-08-06 01:30:42
