- demo Windows I Feel Like a Computer by Melon [web]
- I totally second uncle-x. Having to give this thumb hurts, but maybe someone at Melon will recognize that YOU DO NOT FUCK UP YOUR PRODUCTION THIS WAY.

- At first I thought "omg, a bad 9fingers ripoff". But when the skull rotozoomer went nuts, I definitely had to grin. And for .making .me .happy alone, let me present you my bare thumb.

- musicdisk Windows Chipmusic Best Of 2001-2003 by Razor 1911 [web]
- Another nice chipmusicdisk. I'd almost give a 'rulez', but I rather reserve that for that very special moment when a musicdisk comes out that's at least slightly innovative ;)

- Don't reuse your synth sounds so blatantly ;)
Anyway, designwise it's awesome and really catches your attention and mood. And even scenepoetry with actual thoughts behind them. Wow. Oh, and only 54k :) - rulezadded on the 2003-07-06 17:56:31

- I too like the concept of mega-intros ;)
No, seriously, I don't think this intro is too long, the parts themselves are short enough to keep them interesting and they're different enough to keep the attention over the whole 10somewhat minutes, so it's perfectly ok for me.
I particularly liked the graphics. Though somewhat more 'obviously' generated than our recent stuff it's a BIG leap forward from the dutch colorscheme and meaningless "I can wobble spike ball vertices" geometry. All colors were chosen carefully and though the intro definitely has this certain "look what we can pack into 64k" style, the scenes themselves have a lots of style. Yeah, me likes.
The music on the other hand is nice but somewhat too simple and generic for my taste. but maybe that's just me, if I can expect more than chipgoa from myself, I can expect that from others to. I definitely want to see improvement on this side in your next prods. You've successfully proven that you can write a working softsynth, now prove that you can write a good one :)
And as total this is a worthy winner. We in FR might be the technology leaders but this one shows many qualities that our entry lacked, mostly the dedication to producing a well designed, polished intro (instead of 'quote durch titte' *selfslap*) :) - rulezadded on the 2003-05-14 00:30:54
