- demo Windows INCYBER by Satori [web] & Aural Planet [web]
- this rocks good. mostly very original effects and ongoing drone in music = sceners who know what they're doing. this goes on my next coupdecour shortlist...
made in 2000 makes it all the better... - rulezadded on the 2005-12-04 13:24:57
- 64k Windows Clone meets Clone win32 by Fudge & Acme
- and again.. another fudge demo that is well put together and sounds good, let down by too much predictable emphasis on spikeball and cube variants

- demo Windows Spot by Exceed [web]
- wow soundtrack:
great and about time to see someone use a (good sounding) orchestral palette. End result is an intruiging, colourful soundtrack with some wonderful tambres.
However I must agree with what some people have said: sometimes it feels the music simply isn't apt to the visual. Why? Two reasons. Fristly, well there simply is a lot of music. Be careful not to over-write and hence dampen the impact. Think final scene of "the godfather"; transendal scene highlighted by but 'toy piano music'. could have easily been lush orchestras. but sometimes the best fitting music is what works against onscreen...
A demo that does this well is here
And secondly - just watch your "dead hits" (exact points of music/visual sync). There were a lot of them in here, and admittedly a few at the start were just that little bit too early. Remember - a second later, is always better.
Still - again great use of tambre (espec. voice), and some good texture changes make very interesting and good sounding sountrack. (ie. result of hard work). Valiant. well done.
Rest of demo is awesome: great to see SW rendering (awesome code) and nicely designed models. Very memorable product and certainly a keeper - thankyou! - rulezadded on the 2005-12-03 03:17:33
- demo Windows Hyperventilation by Byterapers [web]
- Great - very pretty, a very awesome well-put-together demo.
ABAA? *pulls littlegreenfrog face*.. crazy scandanavians... big glop for you! - rulezadded on the 2005-12-03 02:48:26
- demo Windows Superior Male by keyboarders
- started off thinking 'the is teh shit!'.. but evolves to be just too repetitious, to be memorable. Especially the music, which becomes waay to aurally descriptive. Try throwing in something random to spice it up.
