  If you include all the packaged machinery required to run it on a PC, then no it's not. However some of the more recent size-coded prods might not be the listed size either if we included all the libraries explicitly provided by the demoparty that the rules don't count toward the size.
  
  I think the reason for submitting it is that it that stapler is some sort of assembly-like language, thus making it closer to "coder porn" as kbi called it, but I can't find any websites about the language anywhere. Just a YouTube video of a game purporting to be written in it.
  
  Maybe people would better appreciate it with more details, perhaps in an updated NFO or post here. (Especially considering people like me might not even bother to run the program, which launches some unknown, at least to me, and thus untrusted VM.)
  
  Just my 2¢. Piggie I guess, but nothing against Kakos_nonos, I just don't get it.
