- O.k., but without Gruppenzwang / friend voting this is just a short, mediocre 4k with a pretty cool track. :)
Also, for some reason I only get a gray screen with music, unless I force a 4:3 aspect ratio. Might wanna look into that. :) - isokadded on the 2013-08-26 13:13:41

- It looks terrible on my machine, but I guess there's a lot of things missing, so not thumb yet either way. Waiting for the video as well. :)

- Cool, but where's the over half? :)
It reminds me of equally inconclusive 3ds mega-mesh walk-through demos of the 1990s / early 2000s, though this is a lot slicker and more polished looking, due to its "first-person version of Walls of Eryx" thing, which is pretty interesting too (which in turn is a reference that I never noticed). - isokadded on the 2013-08-21 09:07:55

what can be best described as "primary color lego brick snake" near the end but a lot of people seem to be really confused about Mondriaan and De Stijl in general.
I'm actually more confused about all the Lego associations, while the link to Mondria[a]n's grid compositions (+ hints of recursion / "sparse texel tree" look) is not exactly subtle and makes more sense to me. - isokadded on the 2013-08-21 08:58:36

- Speckdrumm used to do demos like that. Not a fan, but not hating it either. :)

Did you by chance use max/msp for triggering the video from midi-events?
Likely played a role, as he's a fan of max. There's a breakpoint talk of his where he's talking about it.
Anyway, better than part 1. Good use of (automated) editing and that cow noise thing (what's that called?) is just hilarious. :) - rulezadded on the 2013-08-19 19:36:07
