This was one of my absolute favorites at evoke. Not only that it has awesome music and pleasing effects, it also shows that the platform does not matter. You guys may hate Java (I asked myself why you used it then), but I have to deal with it everyday and this demo shows me that there is something besides enterprise software that is done in Java :)
Yay for crossplatform demos! Ah, no. Doesn't launch under OSX. Cross-platform fix or video please? :)

It looks terrible on my machine, but I guess there's a lot of things missing, so not thumb yet either way. Waiting for the video as well. :)

@tomaes: Yep, it needs a somewhat beefy machine to run smooth. We thought about adding responsive downsampling, but time was too short to do it properly. I will upload a 1080p video today evening.
@psonice: OSX release comes today evening. Can't test it though, no OSX in my vicinity. :/
@skomp: It was more of a evolution which culminated in the decision to release it. We wouldn't necessarily choose Java the next time.

Really atmospheric. I love the skull (the red version reminded me of the film Hellraiser). Looking forward to the next one :)

Now this was something different... very nice visuals (especially early on) and great music. The last effect looked a bit daft but didn't take too much enjoyment away.
Wonderful atmospheric music that deserve little better (more polished) visuals.

Hmm.. too slow to be watchable here (OSX 10.8, quad i7 @ 2.4, radeon 6770). Also, there were a lot of glitches starting at the skull scene, it looked like the shader wasn't writing pixel data in places, so random crap was showing through.
Watched on youtube instead. Music is *great*. Visuals.. first scene was great, 1st skull scene was good, but it went slowly downhill from there. Colour choices were mainly to blame I think :)
Still, a thumb up.
