• the 3d engine seems to be pretty flawless. the poem sucks fairly hard though (as most demo poems do, unfortunately...) - "the liberty is just a dream", come on...

  they should have dropped the lyrics though. and t could have been better technically... needs a fast 3d card for no apparent reason. and some of the textures badly fit together at the edges.

• i watched many other c64 demos first before this one - mainly because of the weird format mathematica is distributed in. now i am utterly amazed... they do the same effects everybody else attempted to do (tunnel, phong torus, wolfenstein clone) - except they did it RIGHT: really fast and really colorful, and they even added a few gimmicks.
  
  btw, if you don't want to mess with zipcode, i uploaded the demo as (win)zipped d64 here. (hope that's fine with the developers - how's the copyright situation?)

  hehe... i remember watching superball on tv a few times... they had the greatest idiots on the phone you could imagine. half of them couldn't distinguish between left and right. the other half seemed to be on tranquilizers.

• uaaaah... sorry cyraxx, but this sucks big time - it's the whole horror package: an ultra-boring game principle PLUS lame gfx and amateurish music.

• you guys have a problem with music... anything that doesn't sound like an average demo soundtrack gets thumbed down. the tune in this demo is actually very good (whether you like the style or not).
  
  the blur is a bit overused, but i like it WAY better than the standard 3d-accel looks (in the middle of the demo, the blur is disabled for a while, and you can see the difference - it's like waking up from a pleasant dream).
