- demo Windows Traction by Traction [web]
- This sure must have sucked on the big screen, especially when all the other demos deliver party mood.
However at home, with a cup of coffee it's damn enjoyable, watched it first without reading the NFO and it left me a bit puzzled what it tried to transport. The second watch was with psenoughs idea of inverting the colours, which is a piece of cake when downloading the vid from yt - and pushing a checkbox in vlc.
And it was, well,- darker - it did fit the mood more, though somehow it didn't feel right either - more like pleasing the dark soundtrack by using the obvious choice of colours.
Overall, I find this demo effective, in a matter of using almost nothing - to achieve a mood, sure I might be reading too much into it - but hey..
Soundtrack, though setting a neat atmostphere, was my cup of tea - especially the singing parts.
Thumb up for being brave, and different. - rulezadded on the 2013-05-25 15:29:54
- 256b MS-Dos Fire/Ice by Traction [web]
- Soothing,- oddfully even more as it's currently raining outside here, raindrops hitting the window give a neat soundtrack ;)

- 256b MS-Dos Sunrise by Traction [web]
- Feels more like a digital fireplace, only lacks some sizzling noise and the warmth of a CRT :)

- demo Windows Eight scenes of human life by Traction [web]
- Oh hey, this one is by far the most creative way of using cubes only I've seen so far. Really loved the billboard effect at 'birth', and left a bit puzzled what 'life' tries to show me - my guess is that my finished ideas inspire others?
Soundtrack isn't my cup of tea somehow, but it really sets the mood - as it's a unfinished demo I understand the usage of commercial music, while waiting for the actual musician to deliver something as moody.
Very cool one! - rulezadded on the 2013-05-25 14:48:51
- demo Windows I Am by Traction [web]
- Oh, and I had to start it as admin in Win7/64bit if that helps someone to make it run.

- demo Windows I Am by Traction [web]
- Wow, in that year since the last demo something must have clicked - this demo is beautiful - even nine years later. Damn soothing, and somehow still pushing.
Soundtrack in this one rules, and a lot of the scenes do as well. I also disagree with the people who find the scenes oo long, I didn't get that feeling - instead it gave me time to think a bit about the poetry that tried to insult me as a visitor of this beautiful piece of art <3 - rulezadded on the 2013-05-25 14:34:17
- 4k MS-Dos Another Soul Lost by Traction [web]
- Quite a lot of content for a 4k actually, nice idea (again) - soundtrack is still better than any BiTS one :)

- demo Windows A Study in Lines and Textures by Traction [web]
- Stylewise this is quite a jump from the previous two, and the first where I somehow can't really connect to the music. It's a neat tune, but I like the previous two better.
However the graphics, especially in the water ripple scene look ace. Some other scenes look interesting as well, nice improvement over the previous two demos :) - rulezadded on the 2013-05-25 13:47:02
- demo Windows NET by Traction [web]
- Cool idea, and I love the tune.
The thing that is most memorable however is how the mouse cursor is hidden - that gave me a good laugh :)
Well done! - rulezadded on the 2013-05-25 13:33:45
- demo Windows Forsaken by Traction [web]
- Tune rocks a lot, so does the cool artwork. The whole thing is actually quite nice for a first demo.
