- 64k musicdisk Windows fr-028: brullwurfel by Farbrausch [web]
- What to say? It's a musicdisk, but OK, kb's softsynth rocks :-)

- This isn't my thing, I think. :-)

- demo Windows Dreamchild by Andromeda Software Development [web]
- ASD continues to amaze. I have to agree with the others, though -- there are a few parts in this that just don't work well (IMHO the first "letters" part, the tunnel part and perhaps the greetings part) and destroy some of the overall fluidness. Still, I love the style and the smooth transitions between everything :-)

- I don't like the indoor train scene somehow -- the rest rocks. Especially the train-silhouette-part rocked (although it was a bit long) :-)

- demo Windows ix by Moppi Productions
- I'm a bit unsure what to say about this production...
First; it's a GF3+ prod that happens to run on a GF2, although way too slowly to be very entertaining -- I have no problem with that, although it should probably be marked in the readme file somehow (I watched the DivX). (I have more of a problem with nVidia-only demos, but OK, that's the situation...)
The demo is different from a lot of what's out there today, both by the NPR stuff (which probably isn't all that groundbreaking, but yet works well) and the story emphasis. I don't really "get" anything from the story, though -- I like the hens and the giraffes, but I feel it's just a long ride ending with something that sounds like it's going to crash but doesn't. Perhaps I missed something :-P I like the music, though.
So, in sum, it's not a bad production, and it's really nice to see people doing fresh stuff, but it's still not my demo. Keep them coming, and please make a final version that runs on at least the higher-end Radeon cards :-) - isokadded on the 2004-07-05 01:25:22

- Goat-prod #somethinglarge. Good, but not a rulez.

- Very good modelling, and of course the engine looks good too. My favourite part is the "staircase" scene in the beginning :-)
