• a possible source for the problem tho is the frequent updates on the window's DC's (for the scrollies, for the VU, etc.), which is done by the GDI and i have no control over that. (i'm not sure what technique does Brüllwürfel use) Do you have problems with other skinned musicdisks?

• sorry if i sounded rude, i didn't intend to.
  all i wanted to designate is that the problem is kinda beyond me, there is nearly nothing happening in the mainloop, there are Sleep()-s to provide some CPU-time to other stuff... i can't really imagine what's the problem.
