- 64k Windows Funkkin by Haujobb
- Almost forgot! the intro only works on my rig as long as I move the mouse! Once I stop, the screen stops as well but the music goes on. I move it again, the intro continues as normal without losing sync! Needless to say, with this you can make cool stop-frame effects just by playing with the rodent... :-)
Either my system is totaly fscked up, or haujobb is from another planet (probably both)... - isokadded on the 2001-11-01 03:31:15
- demo Linux Windows MacOSX PPC Yuri Nation by Non Alien Nature Five [web]
- I am going to start complaining again! Why is the volume so low? The music rox! Or is it my rig (possible)? Synchro is great, concept works out fine. Also, it's blazing fast. Gfx add up pretty good. 11th place is definately underrated.
macaw: Commenting on your own prod is not a good idea imho. Even if it comes after a long flame started elsewhere :-) - rulezadded on the 2001-11-01 03:27:51
- demo Windows Stuka by Orion [web]
- Great design. Absolutely! And the fact that it was made at the darty place is a definite plus. Don't look for effects, there aren't any. No need for them! :-) gfx, transitions, music and concept are the strong points in Stuka.
Orion: If a prod of yours takes more than a week to make (like 'Purple' I guess) release it or dump it! You suck at long projects, you rule at fast prods! :-P
French-speaking people: How would you like if I started writing greek comments around here? Sure you wouldn't! :-) - rulezadded on the 2001-11-01 03:06:19

- The 320x200 gives the fonts a hard time and there is no antialiasing. Design concept? Dunno. Music is good. The sync on the other hand is perfect. Best part is at the end, where both effects and music fade out to the beat. Great idea!
Nice overall. - isokadded on the 2001-11-01 02:53:18
- demo Windows The Rhythm is Rough - Windows version by Deus [web]
- macaw: Fair enough. This conversation has been had again and again anyway. I just wanted to explain why this happens.
Lets just make and watch demos now, shall we? :-) - isokadded on the 2001-10-30 16:52:20

- sagacity: Because Greek groups are very few, the scene is very small and geographicaly Greece is rather detached from the rest of Europe. So we can't make it to big parties, meet the rest of the guys etc. It's not a nationalism thing, it's just that it's harder for Greeks to keep in touch. Thank god we have the net... :-)
When Tran came to Greece and I met him personally, I thought it was a dream or something! :-)
Of course all of the above are not excuses for appreciating Greek demos more or less, it's just an excuse for the Greek sceners enthousiasm around Greek prods, nothing more. - isokadded on the 2001-10-30 14:53:44
- demo MS-Dos Second Reality by Future Crew
- rai: In my opinion this prod is actually UNDERrated, as many other mythical productions from both the Amiga and PC scenes (Unreal, Dope, 9fingers, Desert Dream, State of the art etc). We should not stick to the past and forget the future, but the past is what brought us here in the first place.

- 64k Windows rise by Mindforce & Park Studios [web]
- good idea, good execution. All those orange buildings bring the vga to its knees, but the result is well worth it. The music rulez. :-)
