• Pommak: Maybe my comment sounded harsh and I apologise that I offended you, but please understand I was not criticising your code with my comment.
  
  As a graphics guy, I usually base my opinions on the visual aspects of a production. Personally, I hate 128 and 256 byte intros and alike because they don't look good to my eyes and I don't know enough about the code to appreciate it. Same goes for this demo.
  
  When I think of high specs, I think of elaborate scenes, lots of fancy graphics, and more of a cinematic look.
  
  I know you are an outstanding coder and I have a heap load of respect for your previous productions, so please don't take my comment as an insult towards your coding abilities. But this demo looked too basic for my tastes.

  Pommak: Sure, I don't have a clue about the technical side of this demo, but from a visual point of view I don't get much impact.
  
  Actually, I'm a big fan of your work, but I think your previous demos have much more impact and more visual appeal.

• If it's nothing personal, how come you aren't insulting all the people thumbing down the latest MFX demo?
  
  So, when coders use reference it's a tribute, but when painters use reference, it's a repaint. Sounds like hypocrisy, but if it works for you that's fine. btw I would be interested to hear of another way of painting portraits. Any suggestions?

  You really need to stop being such a baby. So, I expressed a negative opinion on a Pouet release, it's no reason to have a hissy fit and start (trying) to make personal attacks.

• The sketches are too simplistic for my tastes, but it's really good to see a new slideshow and the music and presentation are pretty cool.
