- Boring and technically and visually very poor. Sorry but this will get forgotten real easily.

- 4k musicdisk Windows Humbug! by Bobby Davro Snooker Experience [web]
- I overlooked this one! Full of classic banging choons from the good old days in only 4k. Can't ask more than that! And you get my vote for the coolest group name in history!

- demo Windows Concrete by Black Maiden [web]
- Oh dear. It's a pitiful show of the demoscene spirit when a group take their winnings and don't give anything back to the scene. This should have been fixed and released BEFORE the compo, not a month or more later or by another group.
My other criticism is that the demo is really horrible! The "music" sounds like my first attempt on my Bontempi keyboard at the age of 3 and who the hell approved those visuals?! I don't know about the technical mumbo jumbo behind it but the result is uglier than Porky's mum without make up!!
The sad part is that I love Black Maiden's previous releases and they're a group I look out for with anticipation. They dropped the ball with this one.
And that concludes this epic-sized demo review. - sucksadded on the 2006-01-25 19:18:27

- Oh and I aint picking on this mag. I think the quality of most Amiga releases has dropped to crap in the last years. I didnt like the latest pain gfx either.

- browalia: I never said I was a better artist, but like Darkus said it's like sceners thumb up every amiga release even tho the standards are low.
We all look at scene prods and think if we like the music, gfx or code and judge em and I really don't like the gfx or design for this mag.
Could I do better? Probably not but I would ask someone else to do the job for me. - isokadded on the 2005-10-15 19:06:18

its pretty cool that you are with us shane*cough*i mean wade. have you really gotten away from your computer? you are sitting next to computer, right?
Why do I get blamed for everything? A virus is spread, that's Shane's doing. A new troll appears, it must be Shane. Lamers keep releasing fake prods, that's Shane too. Wade writes an article to offend sceners, that must be Shane also...oh but Shane didn't do any of the gfx people liked just the articles and stuff no one likes. I was even accused of being EP when he first appeared!
I'm siding with Truck on the big picture anyway. Yeah those Boozembly dancers are scary but Wade's article took two extremes and was like saying you gotta be a loser to be a scener and being a non scener will make you a winner. Thats bull cos you can find balance. Only the obsessed nerds (like wade himself admitted he was) who get to that state anyway. - isokadded on the 2005-10-15 14:31:20

- Oh and I kind of agree with Pete and Unseen. Wade's article was really depressing and arrogant (not in a scene way either) and pissed me off but then some things make me think the guy makes a good point......
