• idea is not bad, execution as well, if it only wouldn't flicker that much.... i never did this kind of stuff, but i propose to not clear the console at the beginning of canvasToConsole but right before drawing:

• mudlord: check first, post afterwards. first the "fake" post on the 8 ball 4k gfx entry and now this. it is written in asm. just check the archive... for the pe header thing you might be right, or not. currently it's packed with crinkler which also uses the pe header to pack stuff in there.
