- demo Amiga AGA entropy chamber by Logicoma [web]
- A single scene, but what a scene. FINALLY something on 060 that isn't just the same old stretchy-nearest-neighbor-spheremap-a-background.

- demo Windows Chaos Chasm by En til byte
- A number of “formula” effects implemented in a premade engine on top of a premade engine (Unity). It's OK but where it really falls apart is in the sync; at some point, the screen transitions are just far away from the music, at least on my computer. The opening scene is probably the strongest; it feels the most 3D to me, too, which adds a bit of variety.

- demo Windows In Code We Trust by Arctic Robots [web]
- Perhaps my favorite of the compo; it appears to be in many ways a single-effect show (a 4K in demo size) but I think it's pretty tasteful and works well. Pity about the poor/uneven frame rate in the showing, though; it should be possible to get this to work well without a 4090.

- demo JavaScript Kine Ku (singalong edition)
- Nothing special about this either way; I guess it wants to make some sort of statement/joke about cute cows and the environment, but it doesn't really work for me.

- demo Windows This is Us by Exist
- I like it when people actually try to move the fidelity needle; it doesn't always work here, and the direction becomes a bit disjointed (especially the camera is too linear at times), but overall this was a very solid effort. I didn't catch all the references to other demo(groups), but that part worked, too.

- demo Linux Windows MacOSX Intel Melodice by Damage
- Thoroughly uninteresting and quite bad sync, but OK enough to warrant a piggie.

- demo Windows Mother Loving Indigo by Indigo [web]
- Generally what Ferris said. I'm going to thumb this, though, because I genuinely think it's enjoyable despite the AI+lyrics, and most of all because I think the system requirements (including download size) are reasonable for what it does, which is a rarity these days.
PS: With all the noise and stuff, the YT encoding isn't really great, so perhaps someone should make a kkapture :-) - rulezadded on the 2025-04-22 22:07:56

- demo Commodore 64 Nine by lft [web]
- I guess “nine” first and foremost refers to the number of different tricks that interact to make this work and look like a single effect.
