• OK, since it has been repeated so many times...
  
  I do not accept the accusation that this demo contains no code.
  
  This demo features visuals, done in a way they were not done on Spectrum before (chaos zoomer in particular springs to mind), all played at 50Hz along with the true digi-drums soundtrack. The fact that I do not like my demos boast or look sweaty does not make them trivial.

  However, as far as ports go, this one is absolutely great. Shame about the size, but fitting this style of render into 128 bytes without any help from the ROM sounds, frankly, impossible.

• The graphics in this demo is out of this world. It is just stunning. The flow is good and soundtrack is fitting. It is always nice to see an unconflicted demo, which knows what it wants to be.

  Information for the outsiders: it was widely believed that the colourful scrolling, as in "Satisfaction Megademo" linked by lvd, cannot be extended to full screen width, because the effect was implemented as 8x1 multicolour, and ZX Spectrum's fillrate is not sufficient to update the attributes quickly enough. The idea used in Alone Coder's intro is much closer to the home in that he uses two irregularly spaced screen switches per line of characters. Nevertheless, it is easy to compare Alone Coder's intro and this intro to know that someone is burning inside out with envy and is not interested in being reasonable or even fair.
