- demo Commodore 64 All Hallows' Eve by Atlantis & Bonzai & Genesis Project [web]
- Wonderful! What a pleasant, seasonal demonstration to watch and to savour (in the middle of the night, or just at midnite).
Splendid idea Trap and Raistlin. Congratulations!
Great start with the Pumpkin-theme from Cauldron game!
Perfect execution and synchronization. Excellent, top-notch pixels here (woah! just great). Gorgeous (but short, imo) SIDs. Lovely the part-by-part idea making it a real show.
The turn disks parts are very matching the demo atmosphere (Makaimura and "poor" Knight Arthur FTW!;))
The "old movie" (boners) part was something I had an idea back in the days, inspired by "Knights of the Sky", Amiga simulator game. Here you did it really well.
Amazed by all the gfx (did I say that already?;)) and the music.
Amazed by the glass effect "Do not be afraid".
Amazed by the fire part and skull.
Those little details, little "hidden" messages (Cauldron theme, Performers, Ash...).
Just great =).
Sidenote:
I am surprised to hear/read there were some "animation" remarks. Who cares how much animation there is when it fits beautifully and makes the demo more polished and pleasant to watch and re-watch?
Really surprised by such remarks knowing that the demomakers put a lot, really a lot of sweat to make their product as perfect and nice as possible. And still there are some, pardon me, whiners who knows better how it should have been done. Sad... Sad..
There are not too many of scenners left still coding quality demos. Why pointing out some not too insignificant details instead of giving the creators our important support. After all, the demos are made to entertain us!
Ha! What a luck had the Suomi dudes to have an opportunity to watch such a great demo on the big screen ;). I bet you had a wonderful time =). Copy-parties rulez!
I wish to write more, but hey, gotta go for a meeting ;).

Nice music and cool 8x8 fonts! Always liked that "Short Circuit" picture! Used in quite a few demos from back then. - rulezadded on the 2022-11-03 20:58:53

don't know the zx scene but at least wasn't aware until now that gifs are used .. therefore I see the point ..
Yeah, very often. Some C64 demos used to do that as well. And not only C64. - isokadded on the 2022-11-03 20:51:54
