- Hmm... what trace said. Party version somehow had more depth and tension to it. Doesn't change the thumb at all tho :)

- Absolutely mindblowing - the impression of sheer size the visuals in conjunction with the soundtrack convey when the camera leaves the first tunnel(-ish thing :) left me awestruck. To put it in Truck's words: This is HUUUUUGE. :D

- demo Windows Booth Jam by Kewlers [web] & Farbrausch [web]
- Oh btw, as people were asking: We didn't even think about submitting this into the ASM demo compo. First of all the deadline had long passed anyway - and other than that the demo was kinda done for the process, not the end result. Also we wouldn't want to drag down the compo quality :)

- game Windows Tricky Truck by Archee [web]
- "Damn, somebody has cheated and got a high score. Now I've got to cheat too to beat him" - Archee at ASM :)
Still like that "millions of stencil shadows equal ambient occlusion" rendering style, and the gameplay is even fun, which you sadly don't see too often in gamedev compos. - rulezadded on the 2010-08-09 09:47:27
- demo Windows Koiban by Satori [web]
- Absolutely massive track. Demo starts a bit slowly but gets better with every minute passing. Loved the feedback effects and this very distinct very software rendered down-to-the-last-pixel style. Didn't love the fps or lack thereof tho - using more than one CPU core should help there.
Should've ranked way higher but oh well, Satori demos were never particularly tailored for entertainment hungry party audiences anyway. :) - rulezadded on the 2010-08-09 09:44:22
- demo Windows Abysmal Invaders by Pyrotech
- Yes, very much what Jobe said except the KoomaDot part. I can't even appreciate it as a successful exercise in social engineering because pleasing juvenile masses of gamers is clearly a case for Captain Obvious.

- demo Windows Ceasefire (all falls down..) by Carillon & Cyberiad [web] & Fairlight [web]
- Getting Hunz back to the scene (or actually vice versa :) deserves a thumb up alone. And when it's combined by such a fine selection of visuals the result very much reassures me of why i'm still in this after all those years.
Only downside: Some of the static backgrounds feel too... static. I can understand the ppl who said "Agenda was better" because in Agenda it felt like there was more going on everywhere. But that's just a small nitpick.
Also: Yes, buy the album. And if you've still got reservations, download Hunz' free album "Thoughts that Move" first. Should be enough to get you hooked. :) - rulezadded on the 2010-08-09 09:27:37

- What everyone else said, basically. Also, (and without intending to diminish this demo at all) I'm really curious where you guys will go next now that the "epic" ASD style feels kind of concluded :)
