• ok. Just had a look at the code. Cool, I didn't know about the Content-Type: multipart/x-mixed-replace.
  
  Why is there 2 ob_flush(); flush(); ? Shouldn't one be enough ? According to the comments on php.net this streaming techinque works at least in IE 6, FF 1.0 and Safari 2.0

• it's more along the lines of using Amiga instead of Atari.

  Thanks for providing a kkapture :) what do yo mean by streaming the images. Is the connection kept open and the images flushed to the client ? also wouldn't it be a bit faster using PNGs ?
