  No, the tool could produce HAM picture, not converting existing one. (there is tons of existing tool to convert HAM iff to any format I guess)

• this is the tool I used to convert all bitmaps of all my demos since "We Were @". It handles both Atari & Amiga. Supports various bitplans, color-remaping, sprite-sheets. But also supports color quantization using brute force algorithm (when color reduction is needed). Supports Amiga HAM or SHAM conversion. It uses your GPU to speed up brute force algorithms.
