- thumbs-down : did you try on the real hardware ? I don't know why people complains about the slow code, the demo features stuff that is NOT in other GBA demos (ie. big layers => not in hardware => slow)

- I think this is caused by the bilinear filtering I'm performing on the original textures, the algo is not the same as the original code. I didn't recode the blitter, just converted everything to 32 bits truecolor and linear interpolation for the low/medium quality modes. But the secret parts are working :)
