- demo Flash One-way trip by Ranxx
- This is complete shit, and I have a scat fetish. Open wide!

- wild Animation/Video Evo Pilgrimmix by Northern Dragons [web]
- I liked this better than the original, mostly because the ending tickled my fancy that little bit more.

- 64k Windows Cubetro by Northern Dragons [web]
- I voted this second, and hey, it got second. Guess I'm clairvoyant or something.
Didn't completely like the poetry, but it was better than scene average. The Rubik's Cube idea was good and nice effort in the soft-synth.
However, font-wise I'm *still* standing on the wrong side of the line. But instead of huge, I get garbled. Nyuk nyuk! - rulezadded on the 2004-09-22 02:53:16
- 4k Windows io
- Yup, S-tec and myself both know this isn't good. But it *was* fun putting it together at the party place. My contribution was the music, which I composed on paper without any clue as to what it actually sounded like.
We didn't hear a note until 2.5 hours before the deadline, and the whole thing wasn't heard until one hour beforehand.
Yes, the music's not good, but I am thrilled about composing something without the benefit of hearing. It was a nice challenge. Maybe next year there'll be a "Beethoven" compo I can enter.
I must also add that working with someone else on a production, no matter how rushed, was a fantastic experience. Hopefully S_tec and myself will collaborate sometime again in the future. It was a cool experience and my best memory from Pilgrimage.
And hey, someone admitted to voting for us in the compo! That was a surprise!! - sucksadded on the 2004-09-21 02:31:54
- demo Windows exhibit a by BAOUM
- Same stuff, different demo. This is the only production in the compo where my attention wandered.
While it's obvious decent effort was put into the overall polish, there isn't an ounce of creativity to be found. Content is nothing more than typical demo objects, slowly rotated around in typical fasion, accompanied by typical scene poetry, and typical "down tempo" scene music. Where's the imagination?
It's been done a million times before, with this effort offering absolutely nothing new. - isokadded on the 2004-09-20 21:05:12
- 64k Windows Seen As FR-019 by wiCkeDz
- Lemme guess, your next release is going to be a recreation of "ix" using demopaja??
Trying to port a demo to a 'foreign' platform, such as the C64 version of Second Reality, is a noble effort. But recreating a demo for the original target OS using more-or-less the identical tools/engine is, well, you know, lame... - sucksadded on the 2004-09-20 20:45:12
- 64k Windows The Prophecy - Project Nemesis by Conspiracy [web]
- Hurray! Hurrah! It now works for me!
Another fine Conspiracy effort. Maybe the phoenix model at the end is a bit bony, and of course the meteor is iffy, but other than that everything looks great. I especially like the natural scenes, including the trees and grass, even if they're not 100% convincing.
Attention to frame composition was also noticeabley improved, something which previously I only felt Moppi put in serious thought. - rulezadded on the 2004-09-12 03:25:00
- demo Windows zyprexa by Bauknecht [web]
- Some awesome objects in this demo. Although it's really lacks direction. The growing/shrinking/mirrored objects made out of rectangular prisms was the most interesting. Music blew goats.

- demo Windows Fern by lkcc [web] & Bauknecht [web]
- Wow. This was flat-shaded heaven. Although I do agree with spengler about the borders looking more like a bug than style. And the music wasn't good.

- demo Windows Dark Dreams by keyboarders
- I really like the use of 2D graphics in this demo, and the butterfly transition was great.
