It didn't even detect my decade old ATI Radeon HD 4870 (512 MB of VRAM) video card in my decade old 64-bit W7 HPE SP1 PC (6 GB of RAM). :( I had to watch it on YouTube. It was OK and uhh gross.

Wow, uh... Let's say you shouldn't expect any modern demo to run on a graphics card with 512 MB of VRAM. My old 1 GB GTX 560 from 2011 was barely enough to watch the the top PC demos released a year prior. And we've come a long way since.

Thankfully, if you live in any sort of a decent country you can buy a used PC consisting of 2011–2013 era gaming-grade hardware for mere 150–200 bucks, and it will run virtually every PC demo at least somehow, but if you actually want stable 30+ fps in today's high-end demos, aim no lower than GTX 1080 or RTX 2070 with a 4 GHz CPU to match it.

• Oh yeah, this one. I actually prefer the other minus-07 for some reason, but I really like how succinctly this one delivers on the concept in terms of both the visuals and the music. Good stuff.

• @HellMood: It is! The title translates as "somewhat". :D

It's technically more of a remix, or a 2.0. Not an entirely new product, but at this point it's too different from the original content-wise to call it a mere "final". Glad the guys saw enough merit in releasing at separately; I think the result deserves recognition. Excellent way to close a productive year with one of the very best 256bs out there.

Hopefully provod will do a follow-up stream soon, I'm really excited to hear about all the optimizations and the tech.

• I draw the low-effort joke line at Tekotuotanto, and this is far below their level.

• Hmm, I've looked through each of the vids and couldn't find it. (In doing so I also realized how impressive those Ghost in the Shell games are, especially their music selection.) Maybe I'm missing something obvious. :\

• I liked the first half and then it lost me, I'm afraid.

Was that trancey beat Heaven Seven was mixed with taken from some other source or created for this mashup? Because I kind of enjoyed how it turned out.

• Those are some disgusting organic shaders... like a journey through a gut. Second half felt a little disconnected from the first, though (but still visually cool). Noby's musical versatility knows no bounds. Proper techno demo.

Sidenote 1: Seems like my trusty ol' 1070 can barely handle the awesomeness, with most scenes running at 30 fps or below. And the Notch loader can't seem to be able to maintain a 16:9 aspect ratio (nor let me manually select it) in fullscreen on a 16:10 display for some reason. :(

Sidenote 2: I think this is already the fourth group name under which you two have released a collaboration. Based on the content, I suppose?

• Mainly a soundtrack vote. The visuals aren't bad per se (one could make a decent 64k out of them at the time), and are occasionally clever, but the rift in quality and sophistication between the two is obvious and exaggerates the shortcomings of the latter.
