- demo JavaScript Rainbow Butterfly by Pinillya
- It feels fairly hurried, but overall, the thing that felt the most like a “real” demo in the competition, so deserved the win.

- demo Amiga OCS/ECS De Profundis by Lemon. & The Deadliners [web] & Oxygene [web]
- Interesting concept! Lots of nice graphics. The low frame rates in the initial parts nearly killed it for me, but thankfully, the rest was nice and smooth.

- 4k JavaScript HBC-00017: Newton Protocol by ½-bit Cheese [web] & mfx [web] & Spinning Kids [web]
- Manages to show the first scene for a few seconds, then crashes (music continues playing, though) with:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot convert undefined or null to object
at R (eval at onload (VM13 hbc-00017-newton_protocol.html:1), <anonymous>:1:8628)
Anyways, the insane aliasing in the first scene sort of killed it for me (I watched the capture). - isokadded on the 2019-04-26 00:55:16
- 4k procedural graphics Linux Windows International Shipping by Suricrasia Online [web]
- Great quality. Renders in ~8 seconds on my RTX 2070.
One issue: When I run it, it goes fullscreen but doesn't actually seem to change the resolution. So I get a 1280x720 image in the lower left corner of my 3840x2160 display.
Also, do the rules really permit linking to FFTW? That would seem sort of odd in a size competition like this. - rulezadded on the 2019-04-26 00:44:26
- demo Windows Surfaced by Adapt [web]
- Killed the stream, but what I saw looked awesome. Hoping for a high-bitrate capture coming out.

- demo Windows Aurora 05 by Cocoon [web]
- This feels empty for me, unlike a lot of the earlier Cocoon stuff (including the previous Notch demo). Turning lights on and off to show off Notch…

- 64k Windows dope on wax by Logicoma [web]
- Rendering quaility is great as always. Amount of stuff fit in 64k is good (but not breathtaking). The synth and music doesn't really hit me. So, coder-porn and a worthy winner :-)

- demo invitation Windows sp04 - Airplane? by Spacepigs [web] & vacuum [web]
- First place or not; I watched this for all its six minutes (plus a bit) and was bored out of my mind. It's not that the jokes are tasteless; I just don't find them funny, and the pacing doesn't work for me at all.

- demo Amiga OCS/ECS Eon by The Black Lotus [web]
- This demo masterfully works with the platform limitations instead of against them. The entire aesthetic and the beautiful backgrounds makes it look like low-poly flat-shaded models is a conscious choice made to enhance the look, not a limitation of the A500. Great stuff.

- 8k invitation Windows Pepperschnapps Is Magic by 5711 [web] & Darklite [web] & Loonies [web]
- The vector graphics make for a very nontypical (and nice) 8 kB look :-)
