• The artifacts kinda look like the encoder diffed each frame against the last source frame, not the last encoded+decoded one (or you should shuffle the sorted delta list a bit) :)

• The only thinkg I can think of is: Why the hell does the effect in the background stutter like mad, and the text fade effects are running smoothly? How is that even possible?

  Anyway, about the vocals: What Gargaj said. Put her into a properly insulated room, give her a shot of vodka, turn up the music on the headphones (but not too much) and then let her sing for half an hour _before_ pressing the record button. That should fix most of what's been criticised, really.
