  Um, the warez scene has /everything/ to do with the demoscene. The warez scene spawned what is now a legal only demoscene. To think otherwise is to deny your roots.

• Jeebus. We all accept that old-skool == design lite, but to make a *copy* of old-skool intros is both design lite and inspiration free.
  
  Oh, and I had no idea that was meant to be the paranoimia intro until I read the nfo. Trying to improve on such basic designs seems so fruitless as to be pointless.

• I can now safely confirm this is the best demo I have ever seen. I liked the party version just fine, but the animation felt a little stiff in that version. I absolutely love the way the guy wiggles his hips now.

  Excellent music (Syntax Egon my fave, kudos Mr Death). Interface isnt great, could use some mouse interaction to allow selection of tunes/minimize and most importantly - volume control!.

• I would guess the reason Razor/Fairlight are ranked in the PC Charts is because warez scene people are voting, and warez monkeys take no interest in the demoscene.. but they know that Rzr/Flt are big names in warez, so...
  
  Could be wrong, but it makes sense to me. Just another reason for people to NOT post links to worldcharts.de (or wherever the new site is moving to) on isonews/etc. Either that or make it painfully clear that people should only vote in categories they actually know stuff about.
  
  Oh, and prod rulez. Presentation is top notch, good speed, no complaints here.

• Hmmn. I love oldskool, but there was nothing special here. Even 10 years ago this would have been pretty plain. Perhaps it needed more "New World Record : 32,000 Sin dots every frame" style showing off ;)
  
  Was OK as a joke prod I guess, I almost grabbed a pen when I saw 'Contact for fast friendly swapping, no disks = no answer'
  
  And to those bitching about hardware requirements, pfft. Its <64KB. I'm sure given more time and effort it could have been pure software, but when the end result is this, would it be worth it? Nopes.
