- 64k Windows Point Blank by Stockholm Syndrome [web]
- im still wondering what is the ultimate feature of the geforce1 in this that a radeon cant do... no thumbs down because i like the content, but people should really start to learn how to code. (what about dropping opengl and start using d3d's debug output? (most useful tool ever) :-))

- nice break from the usual "ohsodesignedwithoutanycontent" stuffs (like chimera, or predator). yeah, some design, better lighting, and a more dynamic world wouldnt have hurt, but still... i like it.
ps: no errors in the debug output here (except at exit... but thats still better than most of the demos out there) - rulezadded on the 2003-08-28 21:49:44
- 64k Windows fr-030: candytron by Farbrausch [web]
- ryg: wobbly, yes, but this version is more like..... delayed. everything seem to happen after cca 2 seconds when compared to the audio. not that im very lucky with recent FR stuffs in this regard - in fr-025 i used to see the man at the end walking to the rythm, but now its a bit faster, causing him to miss the beats

- 64k Windows fr-030: candytron by Farbrausch [web]
- I'd prefer this version if it wasnt totally out of sync on my system.... the party version is not. But anyway, lots of content, and the music is just as good as ever... way to go FR!

- demo Windows Open Your Eyes by Critical Mass
- i think they just liked the song, and it inspired them to "wrap a demo around it" as someone said.... i see nothing wrong with that. preaching about piracy is pathetic - i wonder how many of us have actually bought visual studio, photoshop, or various sequencers (or windows for that matter).
someone said "quality of an actual video game" - and that's the point. at least we have something that's not embarassing to show to our gamemaking collegues. im also sick of this "ART" debate, if you like it good, if you dont, so be it, but why fabricate theories about it being art or not.....
these are just my opinions.
oh and, my vote (if you read it, you already know) - rulezadded on the 2003-01-21 23:33:54
