- las, bullshit again. what makes cracktroes less serious releases than compo entries? actually, this cracktro is better than all releases of a small local demo alltogether. but perhaps it was exactly that attitude of being less serious that brought the art of cracktroes down to the pit where hoodlum managed to drag it out again. all respect to hoodlum for that, and you, dear titan and dbcdemo youngsters, should acknowledge that aswell.

- and on a second note, everyone knows how i'm all for a united scene and bringing warez and demoscene together and all that stuff. but seriously, my "mates pirates", if you are behaving like a bunch of kindergarden kids, it doesnt exactly rise your scene reputation. and i mean BOTH sides of this argument.

- dbrn: "cracktroes are 64k"? dude, what a bullshit. where this golden rule is written?
anyway it's fucking funny that basically a bunch of young newbies (apart from alpha one) are arguing what's more oldschool. yeah, compared to the real legends i'm a young newbie as well with my 9 years of scening, and thats exactly why i restrain from arguing like that. - isokadded on the 2005-05-26 01:11:25

- this stuff absolutely rocks! hitch, isn't it time to do a 64k for a party again finally? evoke would be a great opportunity... ;)
i'm NOT one of those people who tell you "not to waste your talent" on cracktros, cracktros are a big part of our culture and i'm REALLY happy that now someone does them well. would just love to see you showing off some effects in an other context as well... :) - rulezadded on the 2005-05-24 21:31:33

- i was active on handheld console scenes for a long time, and i'm also an active pc demoscener, so i don't really see where the unfriendliness should come from. the unfriendliness is rather against this unspectacular product (we have stuff like that on xbox in the demoscene, so it needs more than some 3ds logos rotating to imperss people), and also against a site that seemed quite dubious to me and others.
