• This is an aesthetically very pleasing intro. I love the composition and colors used for the scenes. It's all very tastefully done. Gargaj also did a nice job with the music. Thumbs up.
  
  I can't help but wish there was something more going on though. Some small subtle effects on some elements of the scenes would have been nice. It is all so static.

  I will not thumb this down because I can see a lot of effort and love went into this.
  
  What for me kills it is that some effects look worse than the original which is somewhat bad considering it is more than 20 years old. And a big no no is the missing of certain flashes, details and transitions. Exactly those MADE the original version so cool and stand out.

• I have to admit this product made me read a bit about photon mapping and thinking about how to implement it in hardware and I can see that it isn't as straightforward as some people suggest. So kudos for the implementation. I quite like the demo as well although I am never too fond of this realistic architecture type scenes. But it works in showing of the engine so it's fine :) The music is pretty nice too.
