  Wife's grandmother (as old as former queen but still alive and a great fan of royalty) could have commented like that, without the naughty words maybe. Other people have various reasons NOT to exactly love the former queen (or royalty or nobility in general), very various reasons i can add. It would take years to explain some.
  
  Personally i don't particularly enjoy or celebrate anyone dying. It's the way of life and let her RIP too.
