• Really, what Optimus said... I thought long about this today but this finally summarizes the feeling I always had:

  It gives me the same chill as "Electric Dreams"... this guy falling for his computer... creepy and absurd at the same time. If the AI made it, the achievement isn't really yours and telling yourself otherwise is a strangely human kind of self-deception. That's the misfire I keep reacting to.
